Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 23/02/2026
1. Services
We provide residential and commercial window cleaning services, including interior and exterior glass, frames, tracks, flyscreens, and related services as agreed in writing.
All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are based on information provided at the time.
- If site conditions differ (e.g., additional windows, excessive buildup, restricted access), we reserve the right to adjust pricing before continuing.
- Minimum call-out fee: $250.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We may charge late fees on overdue invoices.
- For commercial clients, payment terms are 7–14 days unless agreed otherwise.
- If GST applies, it will be clearly stated on your tax invoice.
4. Access & Safety
The client is expected to:
- Provide safe and clear access to all areas being cleaned.
- Secure pets before service.
- Inform us of any hazards (e.g., fragile glass, faulty windows, unstable surfaces).
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
5. Weather Conditions
- Exterior cleaning may be rescheduled due to rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions.
- Light rain after service may not affect the quality of professional window cleaning and is not grounds for a refund.
6. Water & Utilities
We may use the client's external water supply unless otherwise arranged. No levy or additional charge applies unless specified.
7. Stains & Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing scratches, cracks, chips, or faulty seals.
- Stains caused by hard water, mineral deposits, concrete, paint, or chemical damage.
- Manufacturing defects or glass degradation.
If we identify damage before cleaning, we will notify you.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied, you may notify us within 24 hours of service.
- We will return to rectify any reasonable issues at no additional charge.
- Refunds may not be provided for issues reported outside this period.
9. Cancellations
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged the minimum call-out fee.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Commercial Terms
For ongoing commercial contracts:
- Pricing may be reviewed annually.
- Service frequency and scope will be defined in writing.
- Termination requires written notice (14–30 days depending on agreement).
12. Acceptance
By accepting a quote, booking a service, or allowing work to commence, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
